Meditrust Program in Digitaliza Madrid
Innovation and commitment to digital health for all

Digitaliza Madrid is the Digital Innovation Center of the Community of Madrid, a pioneering space dedicated to driving digital transformation in the region.
Its main headquarters are located at 181 Calle Embajadores in Madrid and was inaugurated in October 2024 by the regional president, Isabel Díaz Ayuso.
It is a public project that operates as a meeting point between citizens, businesses, and the public administration to foster innovation, collaboration, technological development, and the improvement of public services.
Its main functions and features include:
- Idea laboratory and incubator: serves to test and develop innovative solutions, acting as a driver for disruptive projects under a public-private collaboration model.
- Multifunctional physical space: It has more than 1,200 square meters with areas such as a Citizen Lab, coworking and meeting rooms, technology showrooms (in AI, cybersecurity, and digital health), as well as event and conference areas.
- Lines of action: These include open innovation programs, promoting responsible and conscious digitalization, bridging the digital divide, reinventing public administration, and monitoring technological trends.
- Promoting AI and cutting-edge technologies: This is a key part of the Madrid 4AI strategy, aiming to position the region as an international benchmark in artificial intelligence and attracting talent, investment, and innovation.
- Citizen participation: promotes citizen participation, actively participating in identifying technological needs and designing new solutions to improve relations with the administration and public services.
Digitaliza Madrid is linked to the regional digital transformation strategy and collaborates with universities, large technology companies, and sector clusters to boost the competitiveness and modernization of Madrid's productive fabric.
During September and October, Digitaliza Madrid provided Meditrust with an area of its multifunctional physical space for the demonstration of new digital healthcare technologies.
